Hapzo Return & Replacement Policy

At Hapzo, we want you to have a satisfying shopping experience. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

Products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund to the original payment method.

Customized Products
Customized or personalized items are non-returnable. However, if a customized product arrives damaged or defective, we will arrange a replacement after verification.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send clear photo proof of the issue to our support team via email or WhatsApp, and we will arrange a replacement or suitable solution.
